Grass-fed beef can provide up to six times more of the healthy fats such as Omega 3’s and CLA essential fats and has fewer calories. Grass-finished beef is one of the most nutrient dense protein sources available. It has more antioxidants and is rich in vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin E, A, and iron. Our animals graze open green pastures and are consistently “recycling” their food to fertilize these pastures. Our cattle are taken directly from the farm, to the harvester/processor, and then straight to the consumer cutting out the middle men. Beef in grocery stores are finished in a confined feedlot that produce dangerous greenhouse gas emissions. They go from the farmer to the sale barn to the feedlot to the harvest facility to the processor and finally to the store… Really racking up those miles.
