Colton's Cookbook: Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Beef - Chuck Roast Recipe
Welcome to chapter 3 of Colton’s Cookbook!
To begin... we need some grass-fed and grass-finished chuck roast and/or some juicy short ribs.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chuck Roast or 3 lbs Short Ribs
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 medium yellow onions (chopped)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried time
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Serve On:
- Toasted Hoagie Rolls or Buns
- Provolone or your favorite kind of cheese
